   Blend remaining ingredients, except oats, until smooth.

   Add to the 3 cups of boiling water, then add oats.

   Cook for 1 minute, stirring.

   Shape into patties or links.

   Bake on a nonstick cookie sheet at 350u00b0.

   Cook patties 30 minutes on one side, 20 minutes on the other.
