Saucy Sausage

   Cut peppers and onions (long strips).

   Boil sausage until almost done.

   Saute peppers and onions in margarine; set aside.

   In large pot, start to warm spaghetti sauce.

   Cut sausage into bite size pieces, adding into sauce.

   Add peppers and onions.

   Cook on medium heat 5 minutes, stirring often.

   Cut Mozzarella cheese into thin, small strips.

   Add to sausage mixture and return to medium heat for 1 minute.

    Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
