12 lb ground beef
12 lb ground pork
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1 large egg
olive oil
32 ounces tomatoes
1 bunch of chopped oregano, and
fresh basil
grated cheese (optional)

Wash hands.

Place all ingregients in a large mixing bowl.

Combine with hands to mix everything together.

Make small evenly shaped rolled balls,set to one side (they can be left in fridge to firm up).

Heat a frying pan with 1tbsp olive oil.

When pan is hot, place meatballs inside.

When meatballs are throughly cooked turn down the heat to low-medium.

Add cans of TOMATOES rest of GARLIC CLOVES.OREGANO.BASIL.

Season with salt and Pepper.
