Saucy Dijon Pork Chop Skillet

   Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add chops; cook 5 min.

   Drain peaches, reserving juice.

   Mix juice with dressings and mustard until blended.

   Add peaches and dressing mixture to skillet; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
