Saucy Apple Five Spice Pudding

   Stir together brown sugar, five spice powder and apples to coat apples. Heat skillet on medium heat, add and melt butter then add apple mix .

   Soak raisins in hot water while cooking apples mixture.

   Drain liquid from raisins reserving liquid. Add raisins to apple mixture stirring to blend flavors.

   Cool raisin liquid, add cool water and flour. Stir. until no longer lumpy.

   Add to apple mixture and continue to cook over low heat until flour thickens to a pudding.
