   When done, using spatula cut into small pieces and set aside. Fry at least 1/2 pkg. bacon until crisp.

   Discard 3/4 of grease and break into pieces.

   Peel and thinly slice 4 medium sized potatoes and cook in hot skillet.

   Peel, slice and break into rounds 1 large onion and add to potatoes.
