Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast tenders; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 dash basil; 1 tsp sea salt; 1 box bow tie noodles; 1 can 10 Oz tomatoes with green chile pepper; 1/2 can Progresso light chicken and cheese enchilada soup; 1 can whole kernel corn; 15 oz can of black beans; 1 tsp chili powder; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper; 2 cup shredded cheese

Servings: persons

1 lb chicken breast tenders
1 medium onion, chopped
1 dash basil
1 tsp sea salt
1 box bow tie noodles
1 can 10 Oz tomatoes with green chile pepper
1/2 can Progresso light chicken and cheese enchilada soup
1 can whole kernel corn
15 oz can of black beans
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cup shredded cheese

Boil chicken, onion, basil, and salt until chicken is done.

Remove chicken from water, set to side.

Save broth.

Add noodle to the broth, add water if needed to submerge noodles.

Drain noodles, shred chicken and then add it to the noodles.

Bring to a boil then let simmer for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
