   Grind cooked meat.

   Add in salad dressing, might need more than 3 Tbsp.. Cut pickles into small chunks then add in to meat.

   Dice onion then add in to meat.

   Stir with spoon.

   Add in a little season if wanted.

   If needed to moisten add in a little lowfat milk or possibly pickle juice.
