SAMBAL Fried Rice (INDONESIA)

   Cut the meatballs + sausage off (thin).

   Preheat the frying pan, then put the butter in (melting it).

   After melting the butter, then put the meatballs + sausage, & SAMBAL (frying it till half cook).

   Then pour the rice in, stir all the ingridients.

   Pour the salt & pepper, chilli sauce (stir for 2-3mins).

   Then after all done, put onto the plate, and serve it with kerupuk.

   Eat it, feel fab of it.
