First and foremost be sure that your chicken is thawed.

Now that you have thawed chicken lets make us some yummy salt and pepper chicken wings.

Get a freezer bag or something you can shake!

I use a bowl with a lid.

Place chicken wings, flour, salt, white pepper, black pepper and paprika inside bowl (or freezer bag) and shake it..

Shake, shake, shake!

Now once you have your wings nice and coated with the flour mixture store in the refrigerator for 1 hour (you can keep it in there longer I make them at 8 am and keep them in the fridge till 5 pm but for those who work or cant do it early and leave it all day, 1 hour is just as good).

This will just keep your batter together better and fry your wings better.

Now it is time to fry our wings up!

But first lets make our puree that will go over the wings.

Go ahead and preheat the cooking oil at the same time.

I cook mine in vegetable oil, in a deep fryer.

Now while that oil is heating up lets make the puree.

Inside your food processor add butter, jalapenos (with the stem removed and cut in half to remove the seeds), and Roma tomato and start pureeing your sauce.

Once it is all pureed together pour it into a sauce pan and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 dash of paprika and 1 dash of white pepper.

Bring this to a boil and stir.

Once it boils, turn off the heat and let cool down.

While that is cooling down, start to fry up some wings.

Just drop them into your hot grease.

It should just take a couple of minutes on each side, assuming the oil is nice and hot.

Make sure to flip them around once a side is crispy and cook the other sides.

When they are done, place them on a plate lined with paper towels so the grease can drain.

Now go to the chopping board and chop up green onions and 3 cloves of garlic.

Put them into a saute pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, dash of salt, dash of black and white pepper and paprika.

Stir and heat until the onions and garlic are softened then remove from heat and set aside.

Once your wings are done, place them in a bowl, pour your green onions over them!

Now pour the puree over them, mix well and serve hot!
