Salsa Chicken Nachos

   Place raw chicken breasts in your slow cooker.

   Pour the salsa, green chilies, taco seasoning, and corn over chicken.

   Place cover on crock pot.

   Cook on High for 4 hours.

   Stir occasionally (not necessary if youre making these while youre not home).

   Once cook time has finished, since youve been stirring it occasionally, the chicken should be shredded nicely.

   But if not, help it along and shred it with two forks.

   The chicken will have absorbed a lot of the liquid resulting in super tender and well flavored meat.

   Assemble your nachos... Heres my favorite way: Chips on the bottom.

    Covered with a spoonful (or two) of shredded chicken mixture.

    Top with cheese, sour cream, and olives.

    Top with any other of your favorite nacho fixings.

    Devour and enjoy immensely!
