1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. vodka
2 tbsp. liquid removed and crushed green peppercorns

1/4 c. snipped chives

Cover and bake till onion is golden, stirring occasionally, about 45 min.

Stir spinach into onion and bake till just wilted, about 3 min.

Add in salmon in batches and cook about 3 min per side for medium.
