Mix vinegar, sugar and salt and make a sushi vinegar.

You can even just buy a sushi vinegar if you like.

Slice the cucumber and sprinkle some salt and massage it a little.

Fry the salted salmon and flake it while it is still hot.

Add the sushi vinegar from the 1 process to the freshly cooked ( 2 rice cooker cups) rice.

Adjust how much sushi vinegar you use because it will be too sour if you use the whole amount of sushi vinegar.

Add the flaked salmon and cucumber.

Put the cucumber through water to wash off the salt and squeeze it and drain it before adding it.

Mix the whole thing together quickly.

Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds if you like and mix it quickly.

Garnish lemon and it is ready!
