Salmon Sour Cream Bake Recipe

   Thaw salmon, if frzn.

   Place salmon steaks flat on cutting surface.

   Halve steaks lengthwise, perpendicular to cutting surface, removing center bones.

   Place the 4 pcs of salmon in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.

   Bake, uncovered in a 450 degree oven for 12-15 min or possibly just till fish flakes easily with a fork.

   Meanwhile, in small bowl combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, salt and red pepper.

   Spoon over salmon; sprinkle cheese on top.

   Bake for 3-4 min more or possibly till sauce is just heated through.
