1/4 c. strong coffee
1 c. raisins
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. each: pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds

Cream butter, sugar and molasses until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs, one at a time.

In another bowl, combine flours, spices, baking soda and salt.

Beat into butter mixture alternately with the coffee.

Stir in nuts and raisins.

Pour into lightly buttered 10 x 15-inch baking pan.
