Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour; 2/3 cup powdered sugar sifted with; 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa; 2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder; 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1/3 cup semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips; 5 teaspoons Lighter Bake (fruit puree - found in dried fruit section); 1 cup packed light brown sugar; 2 tablespoons light corn syrup (may be omitted); 1 tablespoon water; 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 3 egg whites (1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon egg substitute); 1/2 - 1 cup halved miniature marshmallows; 1/2 - 1 cup puffed wheat cereal

2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips
5 teaspoons Lighter Bake (fruit puree - found in dried fruit section)
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup (may be omitted)
1 tablespoon water
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 egg whites (1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon egg substitute)

Combine flour, powdered sugar, cocoa and baking powder in small bowl.

Melt 2/3 cup chocolate chips with Lighter Bake, mixing well, and let cool 5 minutes.

In medium bowl, add brown sugar, corn syrup, water, vanilla and egg to chocolate mixture and stir well.

Add flour mixture, miniature chocolate chips, marshmallows and puffed wheat to chocolate mixture. Mix until incorporated.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto nonstick cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool on cookie sheet for approximately 2 minutes after removing from oven.

Cool completely on wire rack.

Makes approximately 5 dozen small, chewy cookies.
