125 grams Japanese royal fern (boiled) 'zenmai'
1 clove Garlic (grated)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Mirin
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Beef soup stock granules (Dashida)
1 dash Pepper
1 tsp Sesame oil (finishing touch)
2 tbsp Water
2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

Turn the heat to medium and simmer until the fern plumps up and the sauce boils down.
