1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
fresh or canned tomatoes
1/2 c. water

Cut steak in 1-inch squares.
