1/2 c. dry red wine
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
cornstarch and water to thicken

Salt and pepper each slice of beef and spread with mustard. Put a slice of bacon on the slice of beef and add some onions and garlic and a the dill pickle.
