Rosemary Scented Potatoes Gratin

   Combine garlic, shallots, parsley, rosemary and parmesan in a mixing bowl.

   Slightly overlap 1/3 of the potatoes to cover the bottom of a lightly greased dish.

   Sprinkle with 1/3 of the herb mixture.

   Repeat twice.

   Pour chicken stock over potatoes.

   Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
