In a medium saucepan, bring honey and 6 rosemary sprigs to simmer over medium low heat until it bubbles around the edges.

Take off the heat and let the honey sit and steep for 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove steeped rosemary sprigs and pour the honey into glass jars.

Add 2 fresh rosemary sprigs to each jar and seal.
