Rosemary Garlic Pizza Dough

   Add oil to bottom of bread maker.

   Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed.

   Turn bread maker on dough setting.

   If you portioned the ingredients correctly, by the time the bread-maker blade starts the first spin cycle the dough ball will be rubbery (not sticky, and certainly not crumbly with loose dry flour.)

   Once dough cycle is done, divide it into two balls for large pizzas or four for medium.

   Use it right away or store up to 4 days in fridge.
