Scoop VitaMix into baking cups and bake for about 16 minutes.

In separate bowl prepare topping by combining chopped nuts and mini marshmallow pieces.

This mixture will be added to tops of muffins near the end of baking.

Carefully remove semi baked muffins from oven and place pan on a heat safe surface.

Quickly and carefully spoon marshmallow and nut topping unto muffin tops and return pan to oven.
