   Combine sugar and cocoa in 2-quart glass bowl.

   Stir in milk and butter.

   Cook, uncovered, in microwave for 4 minutes on High or until mixture comes to full boil.

   Stir well.

   Continue cooking 1 minute on High.

   Remove from oven and stir in vanilla.

   Add oats and walnuts; stir.

   Let cool 5 minutes.

   Add raisins and marshmallows.

    Stir until swirled.

    Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.

    Refrigerate to set.
