Preheat oven to 170C and grease a 20cmx30cm baking pan and line with baking paper.

Stir butter and 250 grams of chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until melted, remove from heat.

Stir in the 2 sugars, then whisk in the eggs one at a time,until combined.

Stir in the coconut,then stir in the sifted cocoa powder and plain flour until combined.

Pour into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked.

Cool in pan on a wire rack

Melt remaining chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat until melted, remove and quickly stir in marshmallows and lollies then spoon over top of brownie pressing down with spatula.

Put in fridge to set, then cut into squares and enjoy
