Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.

In large microwave safe bowl, place butter.

Microwave on high (100% power) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.

Add sugar, vanilla and eggs, beating with spoon until well blended.
