Take a bowl and crack 2 eggs and mix well.

Then take another bowl and crush tortilla chips.

Take a slice of bread and drop in egg mix (only on one side of bread)and then dip in tortilla chips.

Take a frying pan with butter on meduim heat a place 2 pieces of bread tortilla chips side down in pan.

Add cheese, black beans and bacon on one slice of bread.

on the other side add cheese, onoins, sausage and Ragu sauce.

In other pan, fry 2 eggs (I like mine over easy) when eggs are done frying to your liking put on top of one of the slices of bread.

Take onslice of bread at a time out of the pan and place on serving plate then the other slice place on top of the slice that is on the plate.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
