whisk all ingredients together besides the chops and the beer

put chops in a ziplock bag and poor marinade over the chops

get as much air out of bag and close, then squish around covering chops

let chops marinate a few hours

take chops out and let sit for 15 min

heat a pan w a little bit of oil to medium high heat

sear porkchops really good getting a nice light brown crust on each side

once chops are nicely seared (3 to 4 minutes each side) add beer to pan

turn down heat and let chops simmer in beer until cooked through flipping occasionally

once chops are finished remove from pan

turn the heat back to medium high and reduce beer in the pan down a little (you may add a little dijon and some more rosemary to the beer sauce)

reduce down to syrupy and thick
