1 tablespoon olive oil
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
100g rocket leaves
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Balsamic Italian Dressing
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes, or until aldente.

Drain and rinse under cold water.

Toss sweet potato and onion in half the oil, place onto an oven tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

Toss tomatoes in remaining oil and add to oven tray.

Cook vegetables a further 5 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Serve salad on its own, or as an accompaniment with grilled meats.
