2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
8 slices Provolone Cheese
8 strips Cooked & Crisp Bacon, Roughly Chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or More)
1/4 cups Sliced Green Onions (3 Sprigs), Optional
Salsa (optional)

Prepare your pizza dough/crust of choice according to package directions.

I bake my dough til almost done before I put the toppings on.

While crust is baking...

Mix Potatoes, Olive Oil and the Dry Ranch Dressing in medium bowl.

When crust is almost done, mix the Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard and spread thinly over crust (optional, but good!
