Roast Pork With Orange

   Preheat the oven to 180 c

   Melt the butter in a pan, add orange juice, grated orange rind, garlic, chilli powder and oregano, season with salt and pepper and mix well

   Rub the meat with salt and pepper and place in a roasting tin

4. 4

   Pour in the mixture and roast, basting frequently for about 1 hour or until the meat is cooked

5. 5

   Carve and serve with the cooking juices
