1 1/2 c. beef broth
4 oz. small mushrooms, trimmed and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. flour

1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme

Place roast on microwave-safe roasting rack with sides and shield cut edges with foil. Microwave, uncovered, on Medium-low 30 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn twice during cooking.
