Preheat oven to 450u00b0F.

Rub beef with oil and coat with spice rub. Place in a roasting pan and roast for 20 mins. Reduce oven to 325u00b0F and roast for 1 hour, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 140u00b0F for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking. Cover with foil and let rest for 20 mins.

In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Saute quartered mushrooms for 5 mins, or until light golden brown. Set aside. Saute chopped mushrooms and onion for 5 mins, or until light golden brown. Add tomato paste, herbs, marsala and beef broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. Pour pan juices into measuring cup and skim fat. Add pan juices to pan and simmer for 3 mins. Remove herbs. Season.

Garnish roast beef with quartered mushrooms and serve with marsala mushroom sauce.
