Roast Beef with Herb Sauce

   Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add meat; season with pepper.

   Cook 3 to 5 min.

   or until evenly browned, turning occasionally.

   Transfer to oven.

   Bake 45 to 55 min.

   or until meat is done (155 degrees F).

   Meanwhile, process remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth.

    Transfer meat to cutting board; cover with foil.

    Let stand 5 min.

    Cut meat across the grain into thin slices.
