300 grams Ground meat
1/2 Onion
300 ml Cooked rice (or pasta)
5 Potatoes (mashed potatoes)
1 Eggplant (slim Japanese type)
1 Bell peppers (any color)
15 cm Carrot
1 can Tomato Puree (or whole tomato)
100 ml Water
2 tbsp Consomme / Bouillon
1 Salt, pepper, basil, etc.
1 generous amount Pizza cheese
