1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound porcini fresh, cut into bite size pieces
1 chopped onion medium
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 cup white wine
freshly ground pepper

Put the butter and oil in a saucepan and saute the onions until translucent.

Add the rice and allow it to cook until it becomes opaque.
