Ricotta Cheese Cake

   Beat eggs and sugar until lemony.

   Add cheese, lemon peel and vanilla.

   Mix well, according to package and pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Carefully spoon cheese mixture over.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 65 minutes or until done (test with toothpick).

   Cool on rack 1 hour.

   Invert on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
