Peel the daikon radish and cut into 2-3 cm thick rounds, make a shallow criss-cross cut in one side of each slice and parboil them.

Thinly slice the ginger without peeling.

Brown the wing drumettes and daikon radish.

Put Step 2, the unpeeled garlic, ginger from Step 1, green onion, soy sauce, sugar and water in a pressure cooker and cook for 10~15 minutes.
