Rich Chocolate Fudge

   Combine chocolate and cream and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

   Add sugar and salt; stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture boils.

   Cook without stirring until small amount of mixture forms a soft ball in cold water (236u00b0).

   Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla without stirring.

   Cool to lukewarm (110u00b0), then beat until creamy.

   Add nuts and turn at once into buttered pan.

   When firm, cut into squares.
