4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. beef or chicken stock
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
2 tsp. lemon juice
pepper to taste
