Rich And Creamy Hot Chocolate

   Pour the milk in a small saucepan and warm over a low-medium heat. Don't let it get to simmering, you only want to heat it up.

   While the milk is heating, place the squares of chocolate, the cocoa powder and the sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl and place in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Whisk lightly to make sure the sweetened milk and chocolate is combined. If you need to put it back in the microwave, do so for only 5 seconds at a time.

   Then reduce the heat on the stove to low, pour the chocolate mixture into the milk and stir until well blended. Add the vanilla and the sugar and continue stirring until sugar is melted (only a few seconds).

   Remove from the heat and serve immediately. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows if you wish!
