   melt butter in pot on med-high heat.

   spatula works best with this recipe .

   add package of mini marshmellows, stir until blended and consistency is smooth.

   may add food coloring if desired at this point.

   remove from heat and add rice krispie cereal.

   stir and fold until well blended.

   move the contents to an 8~11 pan.

   drip spatula in water and smooth down.

   I find it easier to move the spatula when its dipped in water.
