   Line a 13 x 9-inch glass cake pan with canned tomatoes.

   Add a layer of shredded cabbage over tomatoes.

   Next, add a layer of uncooked rice and another layer of shredded cabbage.

   Next, add a layer of hamburger, sliced onions and bell pepper.

   Complete layering process with all ingredients to top of pan.

   Pour 1 quart canned tomatoes over all.
