1 c. onion
1 large green bell pepper
1 c. green onion tops
3/4 c. parsley
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
5 large cloves garlic
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 qt. water
2 jars gravy mix (Heinz homestyle, turkey flavor)
4 c. cooked rice
