Rice Dressing – a delicious recipe with rice, onion, red sweet pepper, butter, basil, sage. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. red sweet pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 gal. hot chicken or turkey broth
1 chicken, deboned and shredded

Saute onion and pepper in butter until clear, not brown.

Place rice in large baking dish.

Add rest of ingredients to the rice. Cover with tight lid so steam won't escape.

Cook 45 minutes in 350u00b0 oven.

When cooking time is up, leave lid on 10 to 15 minutes to fluff up the rice.
