Rice Dressing

   Brown ground meat with white and green onions, garlic and 1 tablespoon cayenne and bell pepper and seasons of salt or your choice.

   Drain grease if necessary after browning.

   Add chicken broth and Kitchen Bouquet and bring to a boil.

   Simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes.

   During simmering, stir occasionally.

   Then add cooked rice, mixing in thoroughly and more salt, pepper and Accent to taste, if needed.
