Rhubarb Dessert #1

   Mix 1 1/2 cup flour, margarine, oatmeal and brown sugar.

   Pat 1/2 of this in 9 x 13 pan.

   Cook rhubarb, sugar and 5 Tbsp. flour. Put this over the above ingredients.

   Put strawberry Jell-O powder over next.

   Then put rest of crumbs on top.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
