Blend 2 C flour, 3/4 C powdered sugar & 1 C butter and pat into a jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350u00b0 for 15 mins.

Add 4 C chopped rhubarb and spread over hot crust.

Combine 1 C brown sugar, 1/2 C flour & 3 T butter. Put this over rhubarb and top as struedel. Bake 45-45 mins. @ 350u00b0
