Refrigerator Rolls – a delicious recipe with sugar, Crisco, water, egg, water, yeast. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1/3 c. Crisco
1 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
2 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 1/2 c. flour (bread)
1 Tbsp. baking powder

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of water.

Combine sugar, egg, milk and 1 cup water.

Add salt and flour.

Knead several times.

Put in bowl; brush with Crisco.

Cover tightly and put in refrigerator until it doubles in bulk.

Punch down and let rise 10 minutes. Make in rolls and let rise 2 1/2 hours or until double in bulk. Preheat oven.
