   Heat to medium heat a pot, add bacon and onion cook for 5 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil, lower the heat to medium low and cook for 20 minutes.

   When ready lower the heat completely and using a fork, mash the beans, not all the beans leave some hold.

   Remove from the heat and let it come to room temperature, this is a great way to eat this beans.
